Through this program, I have learned valuable things that will help support my continuation in the educational field. Most importantly, I have ignited a new love of learning within myself, and I am eager to share my new discoveries with my colleagues. I don't think that I can change the world, but I can try to instill my love of learning to my students and nephews. I want to share my story that anything is possible regardless of your background. If you take one step forward, naturally you'll take another and so on. Thus is how I have moved through the intimidated program, one step at a time and I can see the finish line after a few hurdles I need to jump.

You may inspire a kid who goes on to change the world. Like you I do think it has been good be in the role of the student. I am interested in how you are going to share this information with your colleagues. In a formal way or just as you are implementing what you have learned?

It's great to hear that this last year has inspired you to continue with your own learning. I think it kind of did that for me as well. The one step at a time is a good analogy for our work over this program. There has been a ton of boxes to check over the last 9 months, and looking at it all together can be pretty overwhelming. Only a few more steps left...
